We prioritize the health and integrity of your natural nails. If you have existing nail enhancements done elsewhere, we offer a specialized Foreign Work Enhancement Removal service. This process takes extra time and care to safely remove unknown products while minimizing potential damage to your nails. Why is this service priced differently? Products and techniques vary between salons, and some enhancements require additional time and specialized removal methods. We take the necessary steps to protect your natural nails, including gentle soaking, careful filing, and post-removal nail care. Ensuring the best results means extra attention to detail, which requires more time and expertise.


Cancellation Policy

At LMB Nails, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. To provide the best service for all of our clients, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following policy: Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request at least 24 hours notice. We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the service booked. After a no-show, an additional deposit will be required to secure any future bookings. Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 10-15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service to accommodate other clients. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Once a service has been completed, all sales are final. We encourage clients to carefully consider their choices before booking an appointment. However, if there is an issue with your service, we will assess the situation and offer a complimentary fix if it is determined to be due to a fault in our application. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a solution. Thank you for understanding and supporting our policies.
