This process minimizes damage and leaves your nails looking clean and refreshed. The service includes: Soaking: Your nails are gently soaked in a nourishing remover solution, which softens the gel polish for easy removal. Gentle Scraping: A soft tool is used to carefully remove the softened gel polish without damaging your natural nails. Cuticle Care: After removal, we provide gentle cuticle care to maintain the health and appearance of your nails. Nail Buffing: A light buffing is done to smooth the nail surface and remove any residual gel, leaving your nails looking fresh. Hydration: Finished with a moisturizing hand massage and the application of cuticle oil to nourish and protect your nails and skin. Gel polish removal is an essential service to maintain nail health, especially before reapplying new gel polish or transitioning to a different nail treatment.
Cancellation Policy
At LMB Nails, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. To provide the best service for all of our clients, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following policy: Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request at least 24 hours notice. We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the service booked. After a no-show, an additional deposit will be required to secure any future bookings. Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 10-15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service to accommodate other clients. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Once a service has been completed, all sales are final. We encourage clients to carefully consider their choices before booking an appointment. However, if there is an issue with your service, we will assess the situation and offer a complimentary fix if it is determined to be due to a fault in our application.
